When COVID hit in late 2019, foot traffic to furniture stores collapsed and revenue was falling fast. Furniture is a category customers traditionally want to sit on before buying — standard e-commerce alone wasn't solving it.
We shot the flagship store in high-resolution VR and built a proprietary layer connecting every hotspot straight to product detail, price, and checkout. Shoppers could walk the aisles from home with a mouse or a thumb. Launch was wrapped in a single line — "your living room, our showroom" — pushed through paid, PR, and social at once.
