Privacy Policy
1. Personal data collected
When you submit an inquiry we collect — name, phone, email, company/team (optional), budget range (optional), timeline (optional), message. For data automatically collected while using the site, see section 6.
2. Purpose
Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange consultation, coordinate project work, and analyse site usage statistics to improve service quality. No marketing use; no third-party sales.
3. Retention
Inquiry form data is kept for one year from submission, then destroyed. Data is deleted immediately on request from the data subject. Google Analytics statistical data follows Google's default retention policy (up to 14 months).
4. Processing delegation
We delegate certain processing to the following providers — (1) Telegram (Bot API, inquiry notifications), (2) Google Workspace (SMTP delivery, acknowledgement email), (3) Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, site usage statistics). Each provider processes data under its own policy; we ensure data is not used outside the scope of delegation.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. Send requests to contact@yencorp.co.kr; we will respond within 3 business days. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, install the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Automatically collected data · Cookies · Analytics
While using the site we automatically collect IP address (with last octet masked), browser type/version, access time, navigation path, device info, and referrer URL. Collection is performed via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-R3VFTZJMQX), which stores cookies such as _ga and _ga_R3VFTZJMQX in your browser. Data is processed on Google's servers (US, EU, etc.); we have anonymize_ip enabled so that individual users are not personally identifiable.
