A marine-collagen cosmetics brand. YEN ran almost everything except manufacturing — branding, marketing, export, exclusive distribution, content, trade shows — and delivered an 800% YoY revenue lift.
The formulas and products existed; the brand face, sales channels, and export path didn't. Domestically the product risked being buried as just-another-collagen brand, and the team had no export footprint yet.
We anchored everything on one line — "collagen, borrowed from the sea" — and rebuilt the visual system around an ocean palette and marine motifs (starfish, shells, crystals). Leaflets, films, booths, packaging, and ad photography all moved to the same language. In parallel we ran domestic marketing and met overseas buyers face-to-face to close an exclusive distribution deal.
