We decided to stay small on purpose. The reason is simple — we've seen quality drop every time an agency crosses a certain size.
Hands, not meetings
Past ten people, most of the organisation's energy is spent on coordination. Actual making time shrinks. We keep the team around four and train each person to reach across strategy, design, and code. One person makes four people's decisions.
Loose coupling with outside partners
For bigger projects we don't hire more people — we contract long-term with the best specialists in each domain: video, print, translation, legal. We don't grow; our capacity does.
Small isn't a limit, it's an identity. Staying small is itself the studio's core product.
